Patient Resources

Patient Portal

Effective March 1, 2026, KONZA Health is transitioning to a new patient portal system that leverages the TEFCA QHIN national network.  The new system will provide more comprehensive information from other states, high levels of security and patient choice.

Within TEFCA, Individual Access Services (IAS) refers to the specific pathway that lets patients request their records through Qualified Health Information Networks (QHINs), rather than individual hospital portals. IAS provides the ability for patients to easily use apps of their choosing to retrieve copies of their medical records from participants in TEFCA.

KONZA Health has always been committed to offering a patient portal to our users as a simple way for patients to access their records, without needing to remember multiple patient portal login credentials, offering a more comprehensive view than a single provider's patient portal. If you are a practitioner, hospital, health system or EHR vendor, KONZA Health encourages you to join a QHIN network to improve patient access and interoperability.

Benefits of Patient Participation

When it comes to your healthcare data and allowing providers to securely access your information to improve your health outcomes, you are in the driver’s seat. You can allow participating physicians, hospitals and other healthcare-related entities to share your health information through a secure, electronic health information network.

  • Emergency room care teams can quickly access your health history.
  • Care doesn’t all happen in only one facility. Ensure all your providers can access critical information such as medications, allergies and immunizations.
  • Avoid duplicative medical tests and labs.

Opt-Out or Opt-In

Participation in HIEs is an individual decision. Opt-Out prevents your information from being available through the HIE. Patients can update their choice at any time and can opt back in (Opt-In) to allow their information to be shared through the HIE.

Select the state where you reside and follow the instructions to Opt-Out or Opt-In.
