Patient Portal
Effective March 1, 2026, KONZA Health is transitioning to a new patient portal system that leverages the TEFCA QHIN national network. The new system will provide more comprehensive information from other states, high levels of security and patient choice.
Within TEFCA, Individual Access Services (IAS) refers to the specific pathway that lets patients request their records through Qualified Health Information Networks (QHINs), rather than individual hospital portals. IAS provides the ability for patients to easily use apps of their choosing to retrieve copies of their medical records from participants in TEFCA.
KONZA Health has always been committed to offering a patient portal to our users as a simple way for patients to access their records, without needing to remember multiple patient portal login credentials, offering a more comprehensive view than a single provider's patient portal. If you are a practitioner, hospital, health system or EHR vendor, KONZA Health encourages you to join a QHIN network to improve patient access and interoperability.
